cancelling a summer or Holiday CAMP SESSION
If a "Summer or Holiday Camp Session" is booked and days are missed due to **events "out" of our control. Your camper(s) may not make up days and a reimbursement will not be given.
**Events such as: Sickness, Travel, Appointments etc**
cancelling a student's After School Club
You can cancel your child's class up to 5 days prior to the start of the session, to receive a full refund.
If a student is a no-show to art club, these sessions can not be made up.
cancelling a paint CLASSES & Art to GO Session
To cancel an online class or art session to go, all cancellations must be done 5 days prior to the start of the event, in order to receive a full refund.
If something comes up within 24 hours of the session and you need to reschedule a credit will be applied to your account for 30 days. Any ’No calls, No Shows’ will result in a refund given.

Cancellations must be done within 10 days of the party date, in order to receive 40% of your deposit. All events are prepared 10 days in advance, to ensure all supplies are available for your event. If you cancel the event 3 days prior to your event the deposit will remain as a credit and must be used with 30 days.
CANCELLATION BY "US"
We will make every effort to deliver OUR services to you, as promised.
On occasion however, We may need to cancel a session where insufficient bookings are made. We will do OUR utmost to provide sufficient notice to you about any session cancellation.
Where we elect to cancel a session, we will provide you with a credit to the value of your purchase or we will refund your monies to you.
